I began Mathews insurance in February of 1998. It was my goal to provide a friendly place to buy insurance at the lowest prices possible for great coverage with great companies.
That goal has never changed. We constantly search for the best companies with the lowest prices for us and our customers.
I spend my free time with family and friends playing golf, pickleball, and dining out.
I am married to Carol, a wonderful wife of 34 years. I have 4 sons, 4 granddaughters, and one grandson.
I have been employed with Mathews Insurance since 1999 when the owner, my brother, recruited me. I currently serve as General Manager over our three Indiana offices, Fairmount, Kokomo, and Fort Wayne. My co-workers make that job title easy. I have many clients over the years that I am lucky to also call friends. We share ups and downs together that have made this a great journey that I consider a privilege.
If I can provide great service, save you money, and place you with a fabulous company, it is a win for me. My goal is and always has been to share insurance education whenever possible.
Outside of these office walls, I am a mother of two grown daughters, six grandchildren, and two mastiffs (the beasts). I am an active member of Westview Wesleyan Church. I like to read and watch movies in between grandchildren’s ball games.

I have been with Mathews Insurance since 2012. I began my journey with the Mathews Insurance family as a Customer Service Representative, then got my Property & Casualty license in 2013. I am also Life & Health licensed since 2017. I added Medicare to the mix in 2017 as well. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our fur-baby.
As my second career, I went to work with Mathews Insurance as their customer service representative for the last 7 years. I support the agents by answering billing questions, taking quote information, processing payments and changes. Whenever I cannot answer a question, I can always contact an agent who will!
I am happily married with two very involved grandchildren who keep us busy going to various sporting events. Also, keeping us busy and active is our 17-month-old puppy that is very sweet and loving but also mischievous.
I’ve been with Mathews Insurance for 10 years, receiving my P&C license in 2013 followed by my life license in 2017. I enjoy helping our customers navigate the insurance world whether writing a new policy, helping with a coverage question, or setting up a claim. I strive to provide excellent service and establish long-term customer relationships. In my spare time I enjoy fishing with my husband and taking our fur children, Millie and Nessie, on walks.
I have a master’s degree in Education where I taught children from diverse backgrounds in New Jersey for 25 yrs. I moved back to Indiana ten years ago and started my insurance career with Mathews Insurance. I am licensed in personal, commercial, life and medicare products. It has been a joy to meet the community insurance needs for many in the Kokomo area. It is my goal to assist my client’s individual needs and find the best insurance for them.
On a personal level, I am involved with the Indiana Homesteaders and also volunteer with the Gilead Ministries where I pray with cancer survivors and their families. My favorite pastime is worshiping with flags and collecting tea pots from all over the world.

I like to focus on customer service and helping you understand your insurance needs. I grew up in Miami County and will be celebrating 16 years with my husband this year! Together we have 5 kids and 4 grandbabies. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with all of them.

After growing up in a small town in Indiana, I sought out warm weather and made my way to Phoenix, Arizona. I studied and played on the golf team at Arizona Christian University, acquiring a degree in Business Administration. Immediately after graduation, I moved to Payson and started my career in insurance. Outside of the office, my wife and I have been blessed with three beautiful daughters. We love attending our local church and enjoying everything Payson has to offer. In my very little free time, I enjoy playing golf, pickleball, and rec league softball.
